I want you to help me out on an issue, though very confidential but I have the feeling that I should seek your expert advice.
My challenge is about my small manhood.
I am above 30 years but it’s so small that it looks like that of a 2-year-old. When am aroused there’s a small change in the size but otherwise, it’s so small that u hardly notice it. This has kept me off relationships though am going out with a lady now. But I feel so incomplete.
Is there anything that can be done to increase the size (length & width)? Please help as this is giving me a concern. I’ll be getting married this year.

About your fears, the truth is that many men have the fears that you have and the fears are mostly unfounded! The penis of the vast majority of us is the same size when erect (irrespective of the size when flaccid) and that is 5-6 inches in length.
While many products claim they can increase penile size, there is no concrete evidence to support these claims. In fact, many of these products are actually harmful.
Moreover, sexual fulfillment has little to do with the size of the penis of the man. It has more to do with what he does with it. Like many other males, I once had the fears you have now as an adolescent. However, I have come to realize I shouldn’t have worried. What makes my wife enjoy sex with me is not because of the size of my penis, but how much she loves me, and this is closely tied to how much we communicate with each other; How much she knows I care about her.
Please, I suggest you discuss the topic of sex with your fiancée as well as your mutual expectations.
I am not exactly sure how small a 2-year-old penis is, however, if what you are saying is that your penis has not developed since when you were 2 years old, there are some medical reasons why that may be so. Please do see a doctor about this.
Be rest assured that whatever the size of your penis, a rich and deeply satisfying sexual life can be yours. Do not be shy to discuss your fears with your fiancée and your doctor.
